Clarence Bass

Clarence Bass has been a lawyer, fitness writer, and bodybuilding champion. He has been a proponent of weightlifting for a very long time. He started lifting weights when he was young and continues to do so now that he’s in his 70’s. In recent years, bodybuilding has received a lot of pressure. Clarence Bass is a bodybuilder who isn’t completely set in his ways. He’s willing to try new things, and has included nutrition as a big part of his fitness lifestyle. I first discovered Clarence Bass when I was in high school. I was looking for a way to get super lean, or ripped as we sometimes call it.

It just so happens that Clarence Bass has an excellent series of books titled “Ripped.” I got the first book and I was hooked. Since then I’ve been reading many of his articles on his website which I’ll provide a link to. Keep in mind that even though his is a bodybuilding approach, he still includes a lot of stuff about overall health and even athleticism. He actually started out as an athlete lifting weights. I like the fact that he doesn’t overemphasize building huge muscles the way many bodybuilders do today. If you have an interest in overall health and fitness then I highly recommend his books and website. If you have any aspirations for natural bodybuilding, then you should definitely check him out.
