5 Minute Workout

This 5 minute workout is not intended to be a long term workout plan but actually a starting point for those who are struggling to establish a regular workout habit. It also serves as a great back up workout for those who are pressed for time on certain days. Getting 2 or 3 full workouts plus one or two 5 minute workouts can yield great results, and even four to six 5 minute workouts are more beneficial than zero workouts.

This workout is a resistance training workout but it's set up as a circuit and each exercise is performed as fast as possible with good form. Those two things make this workout also beneficial to the heart and lungs. Of course, I must tell you that a regular routine of 5 minute workouts alone will not get you the body of an athlete. However they can do a lot.
