Papa Murphy’s Pizza has some great pizzas that can be used as a part of weight loss or weight gain diet.
One of my personal favorites is the barbecue chicken pizza. One slice of the family size original crust barbecue chicken contains 332 calories, 12 grams of fat, 36.2 grams of carbohydrates, 0.4 grams of fiber, and 18 grams of protein. Although it doesn’t have very much fiber, the barbecue chicken pizza does have a lot of protein. If you eat 3 slices of this pizza you’re looking at 996 calories, 36 grams of fat, 108.6 grams of carbohydrates, 1.2 grams of fiber, and 54 grams of protein. To lose weight, you might try 2 slices of the family size original crust Hawaiian pizza. That would provide 588 calories, 22.8 grams of fat, 66 grams of carbohydrates, 1 gram of fiber, and 28.2 grams of protein.
