These are a few other foods that I would recommend from Wendy’s, but I don’t recommend eating them on a regular basis.
Ultimate Chicken Grill with a Garden Side Salad and Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing
Grilled Chicken Go Wrap with a Small Chili
Large Chili with a Garden Side Salad and Avocado Ranch Dressing
Sour Cream & Chives Baked Potato and a Small Chili
Eating a big juicy hamburger may sound good for gaining weight, but they do contain a lot of saturated fat. Chicken is has less fat than hamburger, but don’t let that fool you. Sometimes a chicken sandwich will have more fat than a hamburger, because of additional ingredients like ranch dressing. Soda and french fries are mostly empty calories so it’s not good to eat them at all unless you are trying to gain weight.
So if you go to Wendy’s, you'll actually have quite a few options. One good idea would be to get a jr. cheeseburger, and an ultimate chicken grill with water and possibly a small order of fries. Without the fries that would give you approximately 680 calories, 23 grams of fat, 68 grams of carbohydrates, and 50 grams of protein. Because if we throw the fries into the mix then we have an extra 320 calories, 16 grams of fat, 42 grams of carbohydrate, and 4 grams of protein. The fries also have 4 grams of fiber which would bring the total fiber of that meal to 8 grams.
Because of the Internet, it’s not difficult to figure out what to eat at Wendy’s or most other fast food places for that matter. Wendy’s provides all of the nutrition facts for all of their menu items on their website.
