My goal here is to give you all the tools that you need to develop your own high quality home workouts. No matter how bad of shape you think you’re in or what you’re goals are, I can help you. As far as exercises for each muscle goes, you don’t need to work each muscle with one exercise. You can work more than one muscle group with just one exercise. This is why I recommend compound exercises like pushups. Also, I want to save you some time so that you can get an effective workout without spending all day doing it. My last point coincides with first ones. If you’re including a few great exercises in your home workout routine and not a ton of less effective ones, than you’re time will be well used. And so will your energy.
