No matter who we are, there are always times when we want to workout or should workout and we don’t have any dumbbells, barbells or machines available to us. If you prefer to workout at home there are quite a few options you have.

-Bodyweight Exercises
As you can see, the options are the same as a gym. The only thing is that if you workout at home, you'll have to buy your own equipment. If you don’t want to or can’t afford to get any equipment, then you probably want to stick with bodyweight exercises. You can also use things like cinder blocks and milk jugs filled with water as makeshift weights.
Many of the home workout routines without weights that I share utilize bodyweight exercises only. Of course you can modify dumbbell exercises by using cinder blocks. Which when combined with bodyweight exercises can make for some very effective workouts at home. Your workout and fitness goals can be achieved using workout routines without weights.
If you're looking to be a world class weight lifter then you should train with weights. If however, you want to be really fit and strong, you can do workout routines without weights. If you want to get toned or ripped these types of workouts can do that too. All you need to do is work hard and give 100% focus.
