Circuit Training - 3 sets

Standing Twists - 20 reps

Forward/Backward Bends (Back Bends) - 5-10 reps

The Plank - 5-10 seconds

The 3 exercises should be performed back to back to back until all 3 sets of the 3 exercises have been completed. This will help to save time and increase the metabolism.

These rep numbers are for beginners. If you're abs are in fair shape then don't be afraid to push them a little more to get the results that you want.
